Raymond Howard, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Raymond Howard completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga earning a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  His role as a Registered Nurse includes Emergency Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, and Nursing Administration.  He completed his graduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga earning a Master of Science in Nursing.

He is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  He has over 17 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in areas of family practice, urgent care, and urology.  He has served as didactic and clinical faculty at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga School of Nursing in both the baccalaureate and graduate programs.

He has been with UT Erlanger Urology since 2019.  His practice is focused on urologic and sexual health issues specific to the male patient.  These sensitive issues are often difficulty to discuss and can have a profound effect on a patient’s quality of life.  He is pleased to help men openly talk about these issues and he prides himself on providing the highest level of care to address these concerns.

Raymond Howard is an active member of the American Urological Association, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Tennessee Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice.
